We have resolved the current incident and platform operations are healthy.

The Tread Horizon platform is experiencing a temporary service interruption. This is affecting the ability to access the platform for some clients. Our team is currently working to restore our service as soon as possible.

We are pleased to inform our users that temporary service interruption affecting the ability to access the Tread platform for some clients has been successfully addressed effectively. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

**Tread has resolved this issue, it was an upstream outage with Amazon AWS as of 11:25am February 3 2025.

Tread is currently investigating reported downtime. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve the issue. We will update when we have additional information.
